Elastin

Elastin besteht aus langen Polypeptidketten, welche durch Desmosin verknüpft sind. Desmosin ist ein Kondensationsprodukt aus Lysin. Bausteine der Polypeptidketten sind Alanin, Valin, Prolin, Glykokol, Leucin sowie Isoleucin.
Anwendungsfeld
Elastin ist der Hauptbestandteil des Bindegewebes und ist besonders für angespannte, gestresste, müde sowie alternde Haut zu empfehlen.
