The gentian plant is native to the high mountains of Europe, Asia and South America. There are up to 400 different species with a height of up to 20 cm. Gentian Extract is obtained from the roots using a gentle process. It is rich in gentiopicroside, amarogentin, polysaccharides, pectins and traces of essential oil.
