The founder of DYNAMIC DRAGONS COMPANY, Kurt Rauscher, was head of the cosmetics department in a multinational company located in Vienna. There he gained valuable experience and gave specialist lectures in international forums.
With a passion for cosmetics, chemistry and biotechnology, he founded his own company to raise the standards of the cosmetics industry to a new level.
In 2016, his son, Hannes Rauscher, has successfully taken the lead of the company with competent support of his sister, Julia Rauscher.
